Mrs. Horton's 8th Grade class is an (8-1-1) consisting of eight students, one teacher, and one teacher assistant.   Our teaching assistant is Ms. Alice Carter. Our class explored the issue of "Respect and Tolerance" within our school and community.  We read about current event issues in our community regarding respect.  We responded through journals, essays, and surveys.   Our class created a WIKI regarding the topic of "Gossip" and how negative gossip can hurt others.
